The main parts of Pulverized Coal Burner are listing below:
  • Feeding Conveyor
This unit function as coal supply to coal crusher . Coal input into bin then carried over into  coal crusher. This unit only operated if coal tandon in coal silo have attenuated.
  • Coal Crusher
If size used coal more than 15 mm hence coal will be crushed by this unit. And it size less than 15 mm so this unit can be unused.
  • Bucket Coal Lifter
Coal which have been crushed of the size less than 15 mm will be transported by Bucket Coal Lifter to Coal Silo. Easy system operation and treatment which is not complicated make this unit rely on to be used at PCB.
  • Coal Silo
After  crushing process by unit of coal crusher which have is fairish less than 15 mm, coal will accomodated in coal silo . Relocation capacities depended on how big the needed capacities, so that operation of unit PCB not annoyed by coal supply.
  • Screw Feeder
Requirement of needed coal in course of combustion will be arranged by this unit. Coal which accomodated in coal silo will be distributed by this Screw Feeder to unit of Pulverizer (coal grinder)
  • Pulverizer (Grinder)
From coal feeder screw which size less than 15 mm will be attenuated again size so that 0 up to 0.08 mm. This matter meant so that coal become flammable.
  • Combustion Chamber
This unit represent place the happening of combustion of coal. Coal which have refined spray into chamber so that happened combustion process which later yielded heat distributed to application unit.
  • Force Draft Fan
Requirement of air combustion in combustion chamber from Force Draft Fan. So that happened perfect combustion in combustion chamber,  temperature in combustion chamber taken care on mare than 600 deg C. From other side that requirement of combustion air also can be adjusted from attached dumper at side of inlet Force Draft Fan.

Exampel.1
Company A use diesel oil for product 10 ton steam/hour. They spent 806 ltrs/hour diesel oil, if price diesel oil at Rp. 6,100.-/ltr so they spend money Rp. 4,916,600.- /hour to produce 10 ton steam/hour.

Company B use coal for produce 10 ton steam/hour. They spent 1,047 kg/hour coal, if the price of coal Rp. 800.-/kg so they spend money Rp. 837,600.-/hour to produce 10 ton steam/hour.

In above case company A and company B same used 10 ton steam/hour, but they spent so big difference in money.
